Balance of State Continuum of Care – Southwest Region

We are part of the Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC). The Southwest region consists of La Plata, Montezuma, Dolores, Archuleta, and San Juan Counties. As the Southwest region, we meet together in a variety of ways to work toward solutions for homelessness, better collaboration and selection/referral to HUD and State funded homeless resources.
