Housing Choice Voucher Waitlist is opening for residence of Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan (CO) Counties.
Applicants are not guaranteed a voucher. Applicants must be at or below the extremely low income guidelines set by HUD for the county they resided in. See income guidelines below.
To apply:
- Attend a scheduled meeting.
- Access an application on our website:

- No applications will be accepted by mail or fax.
Applications must be complete, including social security numbers and date of birth for all household members.
