Opening Fall 2021- In
development- 40 units of Supportive Housing in Durango located on property at 1053 Avenida del Sol.
This will be the first property in Durango built exclusively to serve those who earn 30% AMI and below, have been homeless and are living with a disabling condition.
Housing Solutions for the Southwest is partnering with BluLine Development to build this project. Groundbreaking is Fall 2020 and we expect to begin moving in our first residents by late Fall 2021. The capital for this project came through the award of Low Income Tax Credits from CHFA and a grant from the Colorado Division of Housing.
